I vaguely remember the same thing. I think if Sci Games meets certain payment requirements, EGMI cannot kick them to the curb. But, I have not read the whole thing or seem the actual deal so I am hoping there is an out.

Of course, it s quite possible EGMI gets so big that Sci Games changes it strategy and jumps on the coattails and starts to sell the products.
