mgland, the possible reverse split sounds very strange to me. If they were to split the stock 1/35 at the current price, it would then be over $16 a share. Our outstanding share total would drop to a little more than 4.5 million. This would be an extremely small float for any company on the N.Y.S.E. especially a financial one. The only way it would make any sense at all, would be for the company to issue millions of extra shares to raise cash, thus doubling or even tripling the number of outstandng shares on the market. If their plan is to dilute this stock and then reverse split it, it would scare me out as well as many other investors. The next time you speak to the company run this scenario by them. Maybe they will have a different explanation. The way it was presented to you, sounds scary to me. Florida
