I highly doubt a buyout has been negotiated yet. There is too much unresolved, and I would also expect the judge's decision on the investigation to get postponed for sure, and without that "news" people are banking on, I'm telling you, the're gonna drop.
If you really want to buy tomorrow , go for the one that is cheapest in relation to the 40 : 1 .
Seriously though, I think a halt is a long way off.
I'd put in a nice low juicy order on the Ps or the Ks, and hope the MMs start playing games tomorrow.
Ps hit what, $18 - 20 the last couple of Fridays, and the Ks have gotten cranked down to .41 -.50 the last 2 weeks.
Put in a fat one. Set it and forget it, and hope the MMs start playing catch .
