The Texas wells were mentioned in the last PR (12/23)....

'Eldorado Exploration will drill next in Texas on sites currently being leased. The first well should commence drilling in April 2009.'

Further, the PR implies EDEX to be the operator when they were not... in my opinion... i know it does not say that but it should say 'EDEX has an interest in upcoming wells in Texas' to alleviate doubt.

I think there should have been something PRed to show the failure on the recent well.

I usually err on the side of optimism, but there are small issues with this company that have built up to put me on the fence whether it is on the up-and-up.

If there is anything I respect it is a hard worker... If Tom is in fact working his ass off and has just been saddled with a little bad luck, then I will eat my doubt and buy him whatever bottle of scotch he may like when we have success.
