OOps meant for it to be public - i know the first piece you are talking about. It is usually stated as a concern when these securities are first thrown into BK.pretty standard but nothing is set in stone. Plus things are changin with Charter and the addition of this lawsuit means they mean business , the new reorganization plan, plus the information i gave you was from the most recent 8k as of may 8th.
