Could the PPS raise if stock goes pink? No, I don't really think so. With no requirement to report O/S or A/S, Vlado would be free to continue dumping. Lately, every time PPS would look ready to uptick, the dumping would start - keeping the PPS down. As an OTC and having a A/S level, the dumping has to stop at some point, as a pink it could look like Franklin Mining 148 mil shares trading, all at .0001. Although with Franklin, I am sure that the MMs are going broke buying all those dumped shares the Franklin's owner keeps printing.
I would love for him to file the paperwork to stay OTC, but who knows at this point. We will find out tomorrow for sure. One thing I know, Vlado draws a salary as CEO, he is also the head of each of the sub-companies, and another company he runs owns the properties that Juniper rents. He probably does "debt-for-equity" for the salaries and rents.
let's hope he files that paperwork though.
