CGEH does appear to have the jathropa supply and NYMH sold the assets of a bio plant, its likely in a holding company along with the city of OPP, which could be getting ready to transfer it over to someone who can handle the task, or to hand it over to someone who could use the equipment.
Belize and Florida have strategic localized logistical similarities, with the plant and oil supply nearby.
The total distance from Miami, FL to Belize is 804 miles.
My earlier links were off, but I still believe the possibility is there. One only has to look into the contrarian view of basher activity that has plagued both BLDV and PRGL or NYMH.
Hold all the pieces and keep them separate in holding companies and penny plays till shareholders get weak and let go. Then reverse merge them into a viable firm.
