Did they actually hire them or was that just another fluff PR?

But, it seems to me that they would want to file and keep OTC status. While some people do buy pink sheets, a lot don't (and won't) due to the risks. JNIP won't be able to dump all those shares each week, at least at 3, they will have to dump a smaller number at 1. However, without people buying, the MMs will have to buy them or list the bid at 0. He would drive away the MMs and then how would he make his money? The ethical way? I doubt it.
