They did not include the "tm" (trademark recognition) anywhere in the PR and McDonalds is the one of the strictest companies in the world, if not the strictest.
EESO was also suppose to ask for approval and make a note at the bottom of the PR that give recognition to the trademark.
Look up how many lawsuits there are on Google over the use of their name/trademarks... You DO NOT want to mess with one of the largest companies (some of the best lawyers) in the world.
