I'm not saying nothing is wrong with the plan because I know its the only way - but going back to my first comment that started this conversation we need to primarily focus (all efforts) on getting financing using Limetruck / Syrei (if Limetruck / Syrei are as good as they are supposed to be) instead of diverting energy towards other acquisitions.

If they are as good as they say they are do we really need anybody else at this point in time? In my opinion, and if I was a financier, the more acquisitions AWYI say they have lined up without having any money on the books would start to look suspicious.
