Thanks for the presentation. I can see that subtreshold leakage is the kind which is mostly affected by temperature, and I didn't consider that when I made my previous statement. From the graph on slide 6, it looks like total leakage may increase as much as 25% between room temperature and Tcase. Of course, I'm assuming that the processor will not exceed the temperature specifications, and most of the time, it will be in the range of 30-60C degrees, or ~300-330k, which yields about a 10% difference in leakage current.

If you consider 10% as "heavily" dependent.
