Kid will be airing commercials nationwide? You mean on Youtube and his website? National TV spots are in the tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars per spot, campaigns in the millions. You think Kid Rock is paying that kind of money upfront?
If so, I'd really like to know his cut of the sales.
And the company is keeping the information that they have 5 million cases of beer more or less in demand secret until Kid Rock formally announces the launch?
What's even more amazing is that with all the folks you would think know at least a piece of this news, only $8,500 worth of stock traded today.

Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it.
