Why is the share price being kept in the mid to upper teens?

To me there is something that had been speculated a lot and yet none of us know for sure, but I still feel it's being bought for the fact that there would be less shares to have to pay the rest of the share holders their piece of the pie....

Question is how long will this take

With today we've had 3 red days yet the CMF has risen into positive territory and so has Accum/ Dist.....Something is going on, but I guess we wait to find out for sure
