ULU (biotech)> .19, increasing volume all week, Nice cash at $8 M, no debt, small market cap, used to be WAY higher in the multi dollars, increasing volume the past week, chart looks set for a breakout, one of the few biotechs that hasnt ran yet, and they have an impending merger with a fairly big skin care company on the docket.

Check it out. Earnings news are to be released on Monday.
