I think Rocky is right when he theorized that [one] stipulation for the line of credit for the RPE is That five million dollar line of credit can only be accessed when Advanced is Reporting again and back on the BB. They are going to want the money back they lent and would prefer for the pps to be far north of 75 cents so as to maximize the investment they are putting out? Our CEO said he would have the financials in order prior to the end of the 2nd Qtr, couple that with NIH guidelines prior to the 7/9/09 for Stems? It just may be a cascade of Pr's in mid June>? The submission of IND for the RPE program in recent NR's has stated that it would come about in the 2ndhalf of the year. So anytime after June 1st til 12/31 09. My thinking is that it will be far sooner in the early part of the 2nd half of the year. Reason being the sooner that the IND is approved by the FDA the sooner the possibility to apply for NIH funds for its PRE program. Rest assurred if/when this IND is approved by the FDA, the NIH [will] hand out very significant dollars to Advanced IMO. You could almsot say it is Lock that they would get a far larger NIH grants if it has a Stem Cell Program already approved by the FDA. a stamp of approval if You will for a sizable handout for 2010.
The recent pps increase IMO based upon financials and a reiteration nr inregards to CHA shows the huge potential for this security. It can leap up almost a 100% in three days of trading on non Biotech "hard' news. Being that when the time comes for an FDA thumbs up for the RPE, advanced will be a reporting Company, and also other nr's that are forth coming. The Stock potential increase in the PPS looks great in the months to come. today the PPS is finding its footing in it's [new] range. .131 to .14. I think the PPS will play near .14 in the near future. I would watch it for next week of the direction, by thursday a clearer picture of where the stock maybe trading should be at hand.
