I am definitely concerned. Stock trading 101 teaches that in advance of great news, stocks soar, especially pinkies. Generally, the ride begins 3-4 days in advance, and there begins a decline the day of news and/or shortly thereafter. The trading activity of EESO would indicate nothing "great" is coming. Though it possible, though improbable, that Jared is keeping tightlipped, lets not forget about the potential buyer. If indeed the sale was going through to a household name company, that company would likely be quite large. It would seem quite plausible and likely that there would be substantial buying by their "tree branches" and thus the pre-news pps rise.

Not being a doom and gloomer here, but hoping this is that one in a million stock that goes against all logic and reality.
