After thinking about it, I think there is a good chance that the original CD holder, who was perfectly willing to exchange a legal debt instrument for shares, is the same one who has supplied $1 million for 50 billion shares. In both cases he/she thought the shares would be worth something. In both cases, there is going to be some sort of information that indicates a value shared with the $$$ provider. In both cases, the individual could not expect to immediately sell the shares on the open market for any kind of profit, if at all.
If my theory is right, this entity now owns over 60 billion shares of BKMP... 75% of the O/S.
Hmmmm.... makes one think....

What I don't like is that it sounds like this thing may dilute further!: "The company has made a significant investment in developing a trading platform in Asia, details will be disclosed as we get closer to commercial deployment. We expect to spend further resources on this project over the final nine months of the fiscal year." (Quarterly Report, page 15, 5 b )
