IMO a while ago Paul decided to split the responsibilities and mission between the original group

1) John Unwin Douglas Foster and Jim Hensel with Kaitrade
2) Darryl Dennis with LaSalle Trading systems
3)Errol and Paul at 141

But they are still working together for the same goal and mission ..
to to position the company as an electronic brokerage firm.
