agreed...

hochstedler is a sales type guy.

brian kistler and stephen carnes taught jared the ropes regarding penny stocks in 2008. both kislter and carnes assisted eeso in going public. kistler is a fairly skilled manipulator and walks the fine line. carnes is more blatant and reckless.
