I have not posted on this board before but I have been long on ACTC for about 5 months now. It looks like a great future for this company.
I would like to know where you heard the 1-tic rule should be back in by Oct.15th. I've been listening for any news on this subject & have not heard anything for at least a couple months. I believe this can have a huge effect on quite a few stocks that are being manipulated by certain shorts. Thank-you.
