It is clear to me you have knowledge of contracts.Your post to me is the best one I have read since I been reading and posting on PGYC IHUB board.

It sure cleared up my question regarding the agreement,license between Tectane and PGYC.To me your points are valid.It made me buy shares again.

I got more from your post then I have been able to get from either CEO.

One thing everyone is not thinking about.They announced the shareholder meeting as June 9,2009.That did not change the dead line date of record which is May 22,2009.

Everyone needs to look at a calendar.May 22,2009 is on friday.Its only 18 days after that and then the shareholder meeting takes place and you have two weekends in that which leaves 14 days.

Between now and the friday after this one thing are going to be all over the place.I bet they file the management position report within the next 7 business days.JMHO
