Og, I would bet (my opinion here) this whole "buyout" was nothing more than a shell swap to get the assets legally out of the EESO shell and away from Belmont. Now that Belmont has filed suit, I imagine this throws a wrench in their plans some. If Belmont seeks to have the "buy out" halted and can cough up a signed agreement showing they are owed shares... this could end like RVGD did when Carnes converted his debt. Not knowing what Belmont is seeking makes this a quite particularly interesting story now.
