If she really said that, Intel PR should plaster this all over the newspapers. Thats totally uncalled for and definitely shows her bias.

Yes I think that was a serious lapse in judgement and
professionalism. What Europeans might call a own-goal.

Besides being a clear sign of bias when Intel appeals
this to court, it should also really play well in the U.S.
congress. I bet some of her fellow Eurocrats are really
furious with her for hamming it up with the press.
