They got smarter? DIOS, trying to ram the proxy by the shareholders? Missing the Russell? 43 cent share price? No insider buying? No money? They start something and never finish,(Cotara) BUT they get great paychecks while the shareholders get screwed. This is a cash cow for the BOD.
