Intel will be able to increase its revenues by a $billion/year, while AMD still loses a $billion a year. AMD will continue bleeding, and Intel and INTC holders will prosper. If you had any AMD shares, you should dump them.

In the case of the US, the supreme court has already explicitly endorsed the basis of Intel's position.
