Very good observations. I have two questions:
1. What is the nature of the lawsuits, do you know?
2. What are the terms of investing in Qtrax?
2a. are blln stockholders disadvantaged by whatever is the basis on which the prime product of blln is being offered to outside investors with no disclosure to blln shareholders?
(I wonder how 2a goes down as a lawsuit or regulatory issue.)
2b. Which longs are investing in Qtrax? (Are they still here?)
