I think it is very responsible to issue this PR. Think of all the calls that have been made today over this.

If I where buying this I would want that stated. Why shake up the market with no news.

Plus, deal or no deal you do business just like it is another day. Until money is in hand... any deal can fall apart at any time.

In fact, I was just on one for last 5 months. It all fell apart today. This happens! Period. gnite
