FORT WAYNE, IN, May 12, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- (PINKSHEETS: EESO) --
In response to a complaint released publicly this morning by Belmont Partners,
LLC, Enzyme Environmental CEO Jared Hochstedler wants shareholders to know that
EESO will vigorously defend itself against the claims. "All payments agreed upon
and due have been made to Belmont Partners and we feel their complaint is
without merit. Shareholders should not be concerned with these allegations and,
frankly, I feel they've taken an irresponsible approach in putting out a press
release on this matter. It only further discounts their claims and we are
considering counter-actions. The company plans to continue its growth with
progressive strategies and has no plans to allow for these unfounded claims to
be disruptive to our success."
