The concept is very good with alot of potential, but the company has no concept of how to market it. Eg. The only shares be dumped into the market has to be from the company, and at whatever price they can get. I think I can speak for all the longs, that they have not chosen this time to sell their shares @.02 Senario # 2 The majority shareholders after the reverse merger are playing with the stock price to get the Veridigm shareholder to sell their holdings before any announcements that might make the stock take off. There's been alot of untruths made from the company. They stated that they will not increase the share count but immediatetly increased the share count, speculation about the company lowering the share count to move to another board. Using a non market stradegy of a lock box approach to re-organization. Last but not least, is the fact that they have put out no identifiable P/R's as to what they are up to. I'm leanning more to the belief that this was a scam to reduce the share count so as to sell more shares. The only difference is that the company has made no false promises as of yet do do it. They are just dumping shares at what ever price they can get. It's all money in their pockets, with no mention of why they need it or what they are spending it on. JMHO.
