Ryan, the CEO did not lie. Everything you needed to know as an investor was provided in the filings. Several of us warned of pending massive dilution but most wanted to brush us off as "bashers". No, nobody lied to you... you just failed to be a responsible investor and review the information provided by the company in SEC filings.

If you invest or trade based on what you read on a message board, you need to quit investing or trading before you loose all your money
