Not if 4 of the 7 million are held by 2 or 3 people and those same 2 or 3 are being given coverage dollar for dollar. so then you are talking about 3 million whereas I know where there is at lest 1 more million. So now they are maybe hurting 1.5 million shares who came in after X date.
