The day of reckoning is coming. I can't say exactly when but there will be an end put to this naked shorting once and for all.

I suspect what we will see when it goes in to effect is that one of the big houses will be made an example of to show that they aren't messing around. The lack of regulation has reached unacceptable levels and the public is demanding that changes be made. The powers that be will have no choice but to comply.

I sure wouldn't want to be the poor sucker that pushed their luck just a tad bit too far and becomes the first to feel the wrath of new changes.
