Turns out it was the right decision

The company went out of business a few yers later and I would have been stuck up there in Jersey freezing my azz off and looking for a job.

I mentioned to a neighbor a couple years ago that I might consider selling if the price was right.

Two days later, the Florida distributor for Carrier Air Cond. Co. knocked on my door and asked me how much I wanted. I wouldn't say. He bugged me every day for two weeks so I reared back and asked him for the moon, the two closest stars and one planet.

The bastage wrote me a check! I haven't had to work much since then and I can live anywhere I want.
