Could. But this one hasn't even been heavily pumped yet. Looks like it is being accumulated, but each time a significant buy goes through, it raises PPS more than an 'accumulator' would like. It doesn't take much to move it one way or the other.
AND being a Q obviously makes this more risky than your average stock, too, huh?
So, adding 'swan dive' doesn't tell much that is not already being considered, given the rise in PPS over 2 days.
