Let me try again, with a more levelheaded response. WWEI will need to borrow a lot of money if there ever actually get approval to construct anything. When a potential lender investigates WWEI what will they see? Will they see a solid company with strong management? Will they have great confidence that their investment will be safe. Who in their right mind would lend millions to WWEI. Even with a PPA in hand (if that ever happens) who would trust that WWEI can actually efficiently and effectively execute the construction and management of a wind farm in china? Where will the money come from , dilution is a joke now with a PPS so low, and no one will lend WWEI a cent.
