10 Billion Authorized can mean one of two things.
1) Dump and run for the hills.
or more likely the worse of two evils.
2) Dump - R/S and reprint some more paper.

At least with the first one he only burns this group of suckers (investors?) whereas, if they actually stick it out and there is a part 2, he'll have a new set of sheep to fleece in addition to the poor slobs who didn't bail initially. Either way stick a fork in this thing cause it's done!!
