It would seem obvious that Veltex has filed a "registration of sale of securities". The document is a "paper" one. I imagine that this is why I cannot find it on edgar, but this is not my area of expertise. I have asked what this is although it would seem likely it is an increase in the A/S or an equity financing. Therer has been a "sale of securities". once again without our knowledge.
