I disagree. Much has been written on this board about money owed to Hunt and being paid, or not paid. Apparently the S1 has some factual information about the relationship between Hunt and EEGC. Reading the posts on this board, including yours, does nothing to enlighten anyone about what is happening within this company. They are only opinions, and more often than not, they are wrong. Look how many times you have posted that a PR was coming out very soon but it never happened. Information in the S1 is factual information as it must pass the watchful eye of the SEC. We may not like what we find or we may like it but it is real information and not somebodies opinion about what they think might or might not happen. I think anyone who has invested real money in this company, and who is concerned about the safety of their investment, should read every official thing that is published by the company. At some point we must all make the final judgement as to whether or not we believe we have made a wise investment. Those who make that judgement based on the posts on this board would be fools. The posts on this board are very optomistic or very pessimistic but in every case are merely opinions. We all hope for the best but until we have valid information released by the company, we would be wise to dig out as much real information as possible.
