the franchises have nothing to do with it, nor does the company and or any lawsuits or anything else you all are talking about. Its the share structure. Someone has a big chunk and is a seller. Makes no diff what the comp. does. If 49% is in one guys hands and he sells...well u know now. Supply and demand. He has the supply and there is not enough demand for him to sell into and so it goes down. Regardless of any wonderful news or not. Just my opinion
