Eddy I give up you will never get it. That is when they force you to spread your shares so you buy into it again so the spread doesn't look that bad. However if they force the issues for A/S increases or R/S it would force you to spread again without raising the PPS. MM's want the weak hands to sell they lose and sell for a loss. The ones who contiue to spread they make money on also MM's and CD holders in a win win situation no matter which way UVSEE goes. While the volume goes up because of the spread or retail investors that buy in thinking that they can flip is an illusion because in turn the PPS doesn't rise while the MM's short this stock to gain their profits at a loss to the retail investor.

The CD's have so much invested and hold Raley by the short curlies that there is no reason to raise the stock as long as they make their money they don't care. Greed is the name of the game here and wild shorting. If you are lucky and you spread and if they raise the stock to a decent price you can sell at which is unlikely for awhile the MM's take their profit first and wait you out to market your shares at a loss.
