For all people who don't believe in Market Makers...Read. As of May 1st I have had a standing order for a sell at .0006, today it executed a partial trade of only 67,450 shares. After the trade went through I wrote the volume down and continued to watch the volume carefully. It executed at the volume level of 27,645,463, after the partial fill an additional 5,000,000 shares traded at .0006 with none coming from me. I placed a call to E-trade to find out what the issue was. E-trade explained that my order should have filled and we have opened up an inquiry into the issue. He did explain to me that this was because of "market makers discretion" here is the official response e-trade sent to my alert box.
