My trading uses different factors. In this case, the stock is extremely dangerous as the company massively dumped shares and falsely represented that a contest was occurring, that a winner would receive a million dollar record contract, and that it had funds for a cash prize as well. When 8 people signed up and paid the entrance fee, they announced they were making the entry free. But nobody received the contract, nobody got the cash.

They can put whatever they like in the shell, it'll still be a company that has a default judgment against it because they can't pay $2000 for a lawyer.
