Omnicity Enters Into Fiber Optic Construction Deal With Lebanon Utilities

RUSHVILLE, Ind., May 8, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Omnicity Corp (OTCBB:OMCY) continues to move forward with their business model to deliver "Broadband to the Heartland" and has taken another major strategic step in expanding and enhancing its Midwestern fixed wireless and fiber optic network by signing an important agreement with Lebanon Utilities in Lebanon, Indiana. Under the terms of the agreement Omnicity will construct the fiber optic network to connect the Lebanon Community Schools with Lebanon Utilities. Omnicity's fiber optic construction team won the bid to construct the network and it represents the first of many fiber optic construction projects that the Company plans to complete in 2009.
