In 2008 they sold over 20 million shares of stock at discount prices. If the business plan was to develop products and collect royalties and license fees they have done a poor job. If the business plan was to produce Press Releases and sell Private placement shares they have done a good job. The share price chart over the last two years speaks for it self.
