I am disappointed that they made a mistake like this. Posting wrong information to get the negative movement rolling again.
Again this was a simple mistake by a PR Firm.
Titan TIT - ThermaMed THR very close i'm sure in the drop down in Adobe Contribute or any other Website Managing software.
The PR Firm gets it's information from Titan or the other company's they are affiliated with. Their job is to put it in legal business terms and apply it to the websites. Karen is hired to do this. She does not sit in a trailer in Canada and post for only Titan.
Titan has not given her any information that is why she says as soon as she is provided with information, she will release it. She can't just make stuff up because she doesn't know the inner workings of the company or what the company is doing until they give her that information.
It would be like you opening your own business, lets say a Flavored Almonds Distribution Company. You know how to buy the Almonds from a grower, how to cook them and add the spices. You know nothing or have the time to make a website and add important Press Releases when there is new product information. That's what you hire a PR Firm for. That is their job, ie; Karen. She knows nothing about Almonds or what it takes to add the spices. She is given information from the manufacture, lets say, that their coming out with a new Wasabi & Soy Sauce blend. She posts that information. That's all her job is.
Only reason I wrote this example about almonds is because I have a can of Blue Diamond Wasabi & Soy Sauce Almonds sitting here in front of me.
