Pragmatic approach to NeuStar/NeoMedia IP use and ecosystem arrangement. It will be interesting to see if you are correct and how this all plays out with respect to licensing agreements. I am also curious to know if the MMA and/or their 700 member clintel will be involved somehow in NeuStar's IP use and overall ecosystem role out. The mere fact that NeuStar has united 3GVision/i-Nigma, MobileTag/Abaxia, Mobile Discovery and NeoMedia under one roof is a very powerful indicator of the consolidation taking place within this space...not to mentions ScanBuys abrupt turn round in adopting 'open standards' and hint to BR's regarding a possible licensing deal with NeoMedia.
