may be but can we rely on peoples intutions..NO-Charts are not perfect but they dont lie either. I would rely on chart vs intution. Onlyway they can qualify 4 dollar bid requirement is doing reverse split. Reverse split are not good for PPS if it happens. Also Naked Shorts are rampant in this stock. This was in REGSHORT list few months back.
