I asked a person to do this and they did not, so I guess I will, for analysis.

As at October 31, 2006 this figure (float) may be approximately 50 million shares, of the approximately 220 million shares issued and outstanding.

And lookback share price was

Date xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Open xxxx High xxx Low x Close x Volume
Tuesday, Oct 31, 2006 0.0280 0.0350 0.0280 0.0280 673,500

So 220 million x .03 (for ease) is $6.6 million market value

As at March 25, 2009 THE ENTIRE FLOAT OF AVAILABLE FREE TRADING STOCK of Winning Brands Corporation is approximately 973,307,353 shares. These are the only common shares available for trading. This is because 150 Million of the 1,123,307,353 issued and outstanding common shares are still restricted from trading under "144" provisions and not in circulation.

(so "144" reduced by only 20 million in 2.5 years)

1.2 billion (for ease) x .0055 = $6.6 million market value

So company is worth same today as it was 2.5 years ago? With all that it has accomplished and done? In this economy?

So where does the future lead? Same, higher or lower market cap? With more dilution? With more dilution and subsequent buyback as enters growth phase and beyond?

I would love to be able to buy "now" versus 2.5 years ago. Although knowing the company 2.5 years ago, I may have had a rare opportunity for trip 0s and significant appreciation the past 1.5 years from Dec '07. From .0004 to .0055. That rebound seems very appropriate in my opinion.
