They messed those float numbers up at the time of the merger....
FVRL had 41 million shares O/S then issued 81 million restricted shares to MMR shareholders for merger. They mistakenly plugged in the number of newly issued restricted shares of 82 million and called that the float.
Math
As of December 31, 2008 41,299,598 shares issued and outstanding
As of April 10, 2009, the registrant had 122,269,223 shares of common stock outstanding.
Rule 144 for former shells like FVRL/MMRF any new shares issued are restricted for 12 months.
The 81 million shares issued to MMR insiders are restricted until February 2010....
Float is 41 million until 2010.....
