Yes it is upsetting very much so, just a couple of corrections. (if you dont mind) Every single PR that Reed actually did put out (and its not many) is false including the cancellation of those 23 mil. shares, very simply they can't be cancelled!!!! Since we are on the topic of pk vs. Otcbb Reed put out a PR that he hired or retained Sparten Securities to get us back to the Otcbb that to never happened, your probably right in saying that the previous filings were easy due to the lack of business, but if thats the case what confused Reed so much, the way you can know for sure Reed is a low level crook and con man is because he never opened his books to any of us not then not now, not to the SEC and IMO thats why the filings were never done, again IMO Reed never had anything and still does not, if he did why not reveal the patent #'s they should be public knowledge why hide them. Bottom line Reeds mad because if you want to say previous mgmt robbed him of those 23 mil shares fine but IMO its only because he couldn't rob them for himself. For some reason you keep trying to give him the benefit of the doubt (and I respect your opinion) but ask yourself one question. Has Reed ever delivered on any promise or word or PR that he released, has he ever followed through on anything other than destroying this shell, I won't even call it a company because its not nor was it ever, but shells have value and Reed has even allowed the value of this shell to diminish, please ask yourself that question, what has he ever followed through on, childrens clothing, Disney, Patents, financials, found asset, relisting with Spartan, projected earnings, Smartwear pvt placement people, why does the Smartwear web site have a (what is meant to look like) Department of Homeland Security affiliation when there is absolutely none and I'm sure I'm leaving out a bunch of stuff, but very simply on the stuff I just stated tell one thing that has ever been proven or come to fruition. Why doeshe deny the name Norman yet its all over documents. Why, why, why???? Simple because he's a con man. Dont get me wrong I am not looking to say previous mgmt was a bunch of boy scouts, but Reed came in like what was supposed to be a White Knight and proved to be worse than any of them.
